How to use EvoCashierTH
Download and install the app
Download the EvoCashierTH app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone.
Activate Code and Log in
The service provider will send an activation code or QR code to the merchant for login.
Payments via QR Code
Select the “Receive Payments” menu, enter the desired amount, and choose a payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, Union Pay QR). The app will display a QR code for the customer to scan for payment.
Canceling a refund request
Select the “Cancel” menu, enter the Transaction ID or scan the barcode (which can be found in your customer service app). The system will display a “Refund Approved” screen for confirmation.
History Report of Transactions
The store can view a daily report of all transactions (up to 30 days after the transaction date).
